JICHTM Plagiarism Policy

JICHTM does not encourage any form of plagiarism and duplicate submissions. Hence, we strongly recommend our authors to proofread the article content before submitting for publication. We advise our authors to use plagiarism checking software(s) prior submission as a preliminary step.

All manuscripts submitted are checked for plagiarism, replication, and duplicate publication. Such cases are subject to sanctions after evaluation in accordance with the guidelines available at the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). JICHTM check plagiarism for all the submitted articles before publishing online.

At JICHTM, we use Turnitin and Plagiarism X software to detect instances of overlapping and similar text in submitted manuscripts. If the plagiarism report is above 20%, such article will be rejected temporarily for author(s) to amend.
